I simply cannot imagine a better realtor to have worked with. Nobody can beat Eric's timing, attentiveness, or knowledge. I signed my lease only FIVE DAYS after first initiating contact with Eric. As soon as I sent my first inquiry for a listing, Eric promptly responded with an email. In that email, Eric set up a time to see the place inquired for, and additionally, asked for a full list of my criteria--price, area, amenities, etc. In addition to showing us the inquired of place, Eric also prepared showings for several other places that fit my criteria to perfection. Once I had decided on a building, and was choosing between two units, Eric was extremely proactive in contacting the management company and getting them to approve my application despite requesting a move-in date later than the management company had listed. All in all, there was not a single drawback to working with Eric. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable about the area, and was simply a delight to work with. I have already recommended Eric to several other friends who will be looking for places soon, and look forward to recommending him in the future.

We had an incredible experience with Eric finding a one bedroom apartment. After some terrible NYC apartment searches, we were dreading the hunt for a new apartment. However, two friends recommended Eric and we could not have been happier working with him. Eric had our best interests in mind at all times and we completely trusted him. Our search could not have been easier on us and we saw multiple apartments we would have been happy with. When we found the apartment we loved, Eric went to bat for us and helped negotiate terms with the building that all parties were happy with. He suggested things we never would have thought of and got us a great deal.

Eric is fantastic and all of his clients are lucky to work with him. We can't say enough positive things about our experience. We have recommended him to all of our friends and will continue to do so. And if we need to move in the future, Eric will be our first phone call!

Working with Eric and Anchor NYC was an absolute pleasure. I had very specific criteria when looking for my current apartment, and I did not think it would be possible to find exactly what I needed within my budget. Eric did a great job of helping find a just the right place at the right price. I have been in my new apartment with my dog since the beginning of May, and we could not be happier. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Eric. I have had extensive experience interacting with brokers in NYC in the past both looking at rentals and purchases. Never have I felt that my personal interests and concerns were so well addressed as in my experience working with Eric.

Eric showed us several rental apartments and was very knowledgeable about the apartments / neighborhood. He was a pleasure to deal with and recommend him highly.

Before I was in contact with Eric, I was shown various place around Manhattan that didn’t really meet my criteria however after some initial conversations, all the places Eric then showed me were exactly what I was looking for. He clearly listened to needs in details and delivered accurately and considering how stressful buying an apartment in Manhattan can be, this was extremely valuable. I could have happily put an offer of the few places he showed me.

Dealing with a co-op package was also extremely stressful so the fact that Eric was always clear in his communication, always responded quickly and perhaps best of all, was able to clearly guide me through the many, many obstacles that occurred over months between making an offer and obtaining my keys. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how greatly valuable this was.

I’m very happy with my co-op and I could have done it without Eric and his team, not only in finding me a fantastic place, but helping me gets through the difficult buying process. Highly recommended!
