My family recently purchased a Co-Op in NYC for the first time with the help of our wonderful agent Eric Bottomley.

quickly arranged for a phone conversation. From the first phone call,

As anyone who has gone through the process knows, purchasing a
Co-Op in New York City is a complex and generally frustrating
process. Eric was there with us every step of the way, from generating a list of candidate Co-Ops to view, then making an offer
that was accepted, to organizing the co-op application which
included an in-person interview that Eric prepared us for.
I cannot imagine how we could have handled this complex process
without Eric's help. It was a huge advantage for us to have someone as experienced and professional as Eric on our side.

Eric Bottomley is, hands down, the best real estate advisor I’ve ever worked with. Moving in New York City can be incredibly stressful—especially as a teacher trying to find an affordable apartment you actually love living in.
