Hot time, summer in the city! It’s really heating up around here…
The second home crowd! It’s a tale of two cities. Those who own second homes are not in New York. Activity is picking up, but there’s a different feeling about.
For a lot of Brooklynites, BK is their primary residence, and Brooklyn is lively with more people outside. The young demographic won’t let summer pass by without some fun (social distancing and masks included, of course). There is more space to accommodate outdoor eating & bar areas. So if you’re looking to get out, I’d recommend a trip to BK!
There’s a lot of movement in the real estate market with people moving out and others moving in. Markets in Connecticut, New Jersey, Hudson Valley, and Long Island have all benefited from the exodus of New Yorkers looking for more property, privacy, & a pool.
This movement has made my life very busy! We have a lot of apartments on the market.
