Excited for a new year, everyone is keeping busy so far in 2019. In New York City, it’s as if everyone’s heard the whistle blow to start the Super Bowl. Let the games begin!
In the news we’re talking about Amazon HQ2, The L Train Shutdown, and Ken Griffin’s record breaking purchase at 220 Central Park South. As for me, I’m busy with rentals, sales, and keeping the NYC market moving! The most fun this month was assisting a top agent with her VIP client, land a 3 bedroom at 49 Chambers, a stunning landmark pre-war condo by City Hall . We spent time previewing inventory around the neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised by the attractive deals. City Hall, the next best place to live!
