My family recently purchased a Co-Op in NYC for the first time with the help of our wonderful agent Eric Bottomley.

We began the apartment search process through web portals and
then by emailing brokers. Eric was the first one to respond, and he
quickly arranged for a phone conversation. From the first phone call,
I was impressed by his deep knowledge about the New York City real estate market and his professional attitude. He is dedicated to helping others to find the perfect home.

As anyone who has gone through the process knows, purchasing a
Co-Op in New York City is a complex and generally frustrating
process. Eric was there with us every step of the way, from generating a list of candidate Co-Ops to view, then making an offer
that was accepted, to organizing the co-op application which
included an in-person interview that Eric prepared us for.
I cannot imagine how we could have handled this complex process
without Eric's help. It was a huge advantage for us to have someone as experienced and professional as Eric on our side.

Next time we want to make a purchase in the New York City real
estate market, Eric will definitely be the guy we will call.

Unlike other agents, Eric knew exactly what I wanted from the onset. Understanding what I wanted was critical to me since my viewing time was limited. Once he identified what would work for me, he was spot on and I went to contract right away. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Eric Bottomley during my apartment search. Although I had a certain building in mind, Eric showed me alternative apartments which met my criteria which were not pictured on Streeteasy (my go to source of information). We worked to put together my information almost immediately and he went to the management office first thing the next day to be the first in line to ensure he did everything possible to get me the apartment of my dreams.
