What’s happening in NYC real estate October 2020

October 2020 news

It’s been a pretty scary year, but if you’re in the celebratory mood…Happy Halloween! We had a full week of rainstorms but it’s cleared up for today. Perfect time to get out and enjoy the city, but don’t forget to wear your mask. Boo!

The New York real estate market has been quite frightening as well. Landlords are giving away apartments at prices that haven’t been seen since 2011. Renting an apartment has never been easier as there is a lot of inventory and very few renters.
