One year ago was the start of the pandemic, and it is incredible to witness the rebound of New York City. The sentiment couldn’t have been much worse, but thanks to the “whatever it takes” attitude of New Yorkers, the city lives on and is headed back to being better than ever. Resiliency and hard work, the locals are putting in more effort than the leaders!
You can see the strength of the bounce back in the real estate market. There has been unprecedented rental demand as many people who left temporarily started coming back. Sales momentum continued as well-priced inventory is moving quickly within just a few weeks of listing.
We’re in an interesting place where buyers are feeling the pressure to grab a deal before it’s too late, and sellers are pleasantly surprised to see the best sales market in recent memory. Where will we go from here? Can this incredible run of demand keep going?

Great marketing really pays off in this competitive environment! We’re excited about the movement on our other rental and sales.
