There is a lot to write about on this Labor Day Weekend, but with everyone out soaking up the final days of Summer, I’ll keep it short. How are you enjoying your Labor Day?
This is one of the most exciting times in New York City. Everyone comes back ready to get to work; school is back in session! One year ago this was a very special time for me as I was preparing to start up at Argo Real Estate. It’s our one year anniversary!
So much has happened in New York City real estate over the past year. I’m thankful to be around such a talented group that keeps me moving forward. Where will the market go? That’s unpredictable, but I do know I have a good team helping me every step of the way.
This month I’ve been working on some exciting rental deals, and took care of a VIP client finding one of the most affordable units in the city. We also have an amazing 2 bed for sale with very unique private outdoor space, which adds a lot of value to the apartment.
Spotlight this month is on value. Where do I see value in the city? In private outdoor space and iconic views. With one of those you’re good, with both, you’re great!
